Our commitment is to provide you with the greatest opportunity to challenge your skills and grow professionally in a safe, healthy, supportive environment. Since 1990, we’ve been securing our reputation as the finest builders of custom lakefront homes, cottages, and accessory buildings. We owe our success to all of the hard-working people who bring their passion and skill to work every day.

Orientation is your introduction to the company, your role and the benefits of working at Tamarack North. After your orientation, you will continue to meet more team members and explore how we are committed to your personal, professional, and financial goals.

Health and safety is job number one for everyone on the Tamarack North team. A safe workspace is a sign of respect for each other, respect for the project and respect for the right of every team member to be protected from workplace hazards. When safety drives our behaviour, the result is an organized and productive site for staff, visitors, and suppliers. That’s good for everyone.

Our compensation policy is designed to match or exceed industry standards, from an annual tool allowance to assistance with education and more.
